Amjad Ali

"Competent, Patient & Knowledgeable! Just a few of Dr. Ali's qualities. I have nothing but praise for him...now. At first, I was a little reluctant but he brought me through some very difficult months of illness. A very busy man, so you must learn to be patient as well. He will go to great lengths to get you the type of care you need, no matter what stage you are in after surgery.

Office staff is great (Myrna is the best)! He has a very structured aftercare plan. Attending the post-surgery meetings are VERY important to him. If you miss any, be prepared to be questioned as to why. Dr. Ali's bedside manner is one of the best I have ever seen. VERY professional. He does expect you to follow his instructions and there is very little room for compromise.

My biggest complaint would be the waiting. He is very booked up and there is a long wait for surgery. Not to mention he is a little slow with doing the necessary letters for insurance purposes. At the time, I was very unhappy with that. I now understand, knowing how busy he is with everything else.

As of October, 2004, Dr. Ali has moved to Erie, PA. Some of what I have written may not apply to Dr. Ali at his new location. He performed my surgery November, 2003 in Kansas City, Mo. All of his 'old' patients miss him very much!"

"She works directly with Dr. Ali and I was very pleased. She was helpful and polite and tried to work with me in a tougher situation. Definitely recommended!"

"She wasn't familiar with the proceedure to take for a Psych Eval for this particular surgery, but was very willing to work with me and learn exactly what needed to be done. I was pleased!"
