Holding steady at #150-#155 lbs. (most days), but finding I always want to lose that extra 5 pounds, when there is no extra 5 pounds to lose. :) I need to listen to my body and understand that it is comfortable here and enjoy the moment.

Keeping the weight off is definitely not easy (a mostly healthy diet and exercise 3-4 times a week helps with this). I'm also thinking about getting involved once again with volunteering with patients as I used to...it's a great feeling to give back and to let people know that you can keep the weight off long-term, in spite of some of the stories out there.
