"My first appointment with Dr. Gellman was 4/14/03. His assistant, Yvonne, is very knowledgable. She knows everything about preparing for this surgery. Dr. Gellman was very nice and answered all my questions. My second appointment with Dr. Gellman is 9/22/03, at which time I'm sure he will go into greater detail on the procedure.
As of today, 7/31/03, I have completed the all of the tests required for surgery, except a stress test. Am going to attend the support group meeting on 8/4/03."
