"I felt safe and comfortable with the pre-op staff. The people prepping me for surgery. But after I was moved to my room from recovery I was very disappointed, most of the nursing staff was nice but there were a couple who where very rude. They were all supposed to tell me everytime they came in per the dr's orders (and he also told me if they didn't to let him know) to do the leg exercises they showed us to help prevent blood clots. There was only one nurse who did remind me and she only reminded me about twice of the several times she was in my room. One of the nurses even got offended and arguementative because when I came in from recovery I was kind of out of it so I asked her to please not to forget to remind me, she said she didn't know what I was talking about so I tried to explain and she essentially said the dr was not her boss, I was out of it, so she argued with my family about it but I told my mother I didn't care if she was mad or didn't know, now she did and I just needed her to remind me because I was afraid I would forgot, but she never did. The other bad experience is that my fiancee' stayed with me in the room so non of the nurses helped me out of bed for any reason at any time. I did ask them 3 or four times to help so my fiancee could get some sleep and they would say sure then leave the room never to be seen again. My surgeon and operation where great but my hospital stay was very disappointing."

"I was very disappointed with the level of service. I called and left several messages with the office to make an appointment and finally received a message back about two weeks later. When I called back to schedule the appointment I again received a voicemail. I decided to try to get a person on the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone they could not schedule an appointment for me for 6 weeks. I scheduled this appointment but then cancelled because I was able to find a doctor closer to home that could get me in sooner."
