1 Year today!

I cannot believe that it has been 1 year today since I had RNY surgery.  This has been one hell of a ride.  I have lost a lot but have a ways to go and it seems like I haven't lost barely anything in the last 6 months.  I am now 150 pounds down which is just amazing!

I never thought I would weigh under 300 pounds and I do.  There are so many things I can do now just for an example cross my legs without holding my leg up.  Sitting in a chair and it is not tight.  The list goes on and on and I feel GREAT!!!!  Who ever is on the road for surgery I wish you all the best and I hope you have a surgery as uneventful as I have.
