I found a knot????

Good morning OH fam, I haven't been on here in awhile. I am 9 years out as of 8/7/10. I have had a little problem within the last 1year and 1/2 I have gained about 40 pounds (mostly due to stress and such lost my Mom traumatically). I have been having stomach problems also, I have been in the hospital with chest pains and was told by the cardiologist that I need to see someone about my stomach which could also be causing me to have the chest pains. Then, on my incision line I found a knot and yes it hurts. I cannot afford to go and see my original doctor because he is out of network. My question is has anyone had any type of knot or issue on the incision line?
