Newbie on Board!!!!

HI everyone. I just had my surgery on Sept 27th and sometimes I feel like I made a mistake. I mean I know that it was gonna be hard to get adjusted to a new stomach but I never thought that I would regret it. Today is the first time I had tuna and it went down pretty well until I had to stop half way because I have gas trapped in my pouch that won't come out. It's hard. Any words of advice? Also I was just wondering if anyone has ever eaten rice and how was that experience.
