Tomorrow I go back to work. My last day was November 30th. I hope I can get in all of water and protein! Glad it is only a 4 day work week!

I began this journey in December 2010 attending my first weight loss seminar at a group in the OKC area. I did not choose that group but attended a second physician's seminar  in January 2011.
After 6 months of successful weight loss, sleep apnea study, EGD, blood work, chest xray, lung testing, psych eval, nutrition eval, insurance approval, preop blood work, preop nutrition class, preop hospital class, 10 day full liquid diet, I have my surgery today.
I can't believe the day has finally come! I am not nervous, but at peace to have a tool to help me be successful at my weight loss and to meet my personal and professional goals.
