Well,

Friday I was released from the hospital. This has been the first time in over a year I had been admitted. But well over the 6th time in the last 3 years. What was wrong? My leg again. Another infection. It still will not heal. They have no idea why. This time they biopsy for cancer, a long shot. But, what they do know, and I have known. Is that I need to lose weight. They again recommended that I lose weight and recommended a surgery.

So today, i take the first step...
