Opti-fast picked up

So I just came from dr. Iragau office. Everything looks great have my scripts to get my final blood work 1 week b4 my surgery, recieved all my prescriptions for meds and recieved Optifast. Now, this was hard picking stuff out. Due to my bmi they stated that I could pick out 112 items. So i got 7 chicken soup, 7 tomatoe soup, 24 bars chocolate peanut butter, strawberry yogurt, blueberry, 20 vanilla shake mix & 54 chocolate shake mix.  I just found out you don't mix it with milk only water. Whoa !!!  I have already started drinking protein drinks here and there to get used to the just add water or milk. I seen people on OH talking about the taste. So I guess I'll see what happens
