 So I had weigh in this past Thursday and I am at a total of 12.4 lbs lost . I need to be at 13.5 to schedule surgery !!!!  Only 1.1 more and they will schedule my OR date ............. So excited , however that cloud of doubt is hovering over me ! I keep thinking that I am not following lean and green well enough for that 1 lb to come off.
I have even been having dreams that I go to weigh in and I have actually gained weight .  I will not let that happen !!!!!!
