So i went to the doc today and i have officially lost 115 pounds! I cant believe it! I have 40 more pounds to loose till i reach my goal. It has been great!

Today is 6 months since surgery and i have lost 103 pounds now. I was very excited that now i have hit 198...  i was soooo excited that now there is a 1 on the scale and not a 2. I can not believe it!!

I also got great news when i went to the doc the other day. I got blood tests done to check on my PCOS and the doc said it is now in the maintaining stage! I started out my lap band journey so  could get my health in order and my PCOS in control and it is awesome that 6 months in i have reached one of my goals!

This is my 8th day out and i am feeling much better. My back is sore and there is a slight pain in my side but i know it will get better. Im happy that i can eat mushies now!!! Im surprised at how different all the diets are from doctor to doctor. Ive been reading the posts trying to get ideas and a lot of the things my doc wont let me have. I go back to him tomorrow so i am going to ask him. I hope he releases me back to work and drive! I have so many questions for him so i am excited to go! Thats really alll for now i will post once im back from the doctor!

So today i am 4 days out and i am feeling a lot better!! The gas pains are getting better, the soreness is not as bad as yesterday, and i am walking and getting up and down better! I just started my second stage diet and it is going well. I feel full and as long as i drink enough water am not getting dehidrated. 
I am so excited to be feeling a little better. I can not wait to go back to work. I train dogs for a living and i miss it SOO much! 
Its funny because my dogs can sence i am not a 100%. They are all sleeping when i sleep and being very gentle! 
Thats my update for today! We will see how tomorrow goes!

I am home now and on my liquid diet. I am surprised that i am not hungry and how easy it is to get all the liquid in. I am very sore and it hurts to move but i know this is just the start to amazing things to come. My surgreon was Dr. Houston and he has been wonderful and i trust him fully! The hospital was great to meas well! I went to Centennial Medical Center in Nashville and they were very friendly and helpful! If i could only get rid of this heat burn i would feel better!
