Hey All - I wanted tyo post here for those that are checking in on me - I am doing well. Had my first post-op yesterday (02/01), have lost 12 lbs since surgery day! WOW! Still fighting the "Head hunger", but am learning to get over it! I ams till not quite up to par tho...I think I may be getting a cold...or maybe just allergies - YUCK either way! I am doing good other than that - trying to walk every am & pm with the dog...it actually makes me feel go to walk! Will update my profile ASAP) - please keep me in your prayers! ~L~

Laura, I so wanted to come by the hospital to see you, but I have such a bad cold I'm just not going to bring it to you. I'm glad to hear though that you are out of surgery and everything went smoothly. No more being nervous about the big day coming up. It's here and it's over and you are on your way to the new you. Laura, I said a prayer for you today, and I know God must have heard, I felt the answer in my heart, although He spoke no word, I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures of, a more loving lasting kind, I asked Him to send you blessings at the start of your new day, To grant you love and health, and to guide the surgeon's way, I asked for you to recover fast, and to become thin and small, But it was for His loving care, I prayed for most of all!
