"he was very old which concerned me ,after talking with him he explained the procedure in great detail pro's and cons . the staff was very caring and very helpful. in my opinion if my family dr was as willing to take the time to explain and listen as well as this surgeon my health would be much better .i live in a rural area dr's are hard to find ones that really care and listen that take time to explain until the patient understands he is almost the first and i am 41.i regret to say i believe he retired.i consider myself very lucky tobe one of his last patients he proformed a gastroplasty with bypass on .i rate him top of the line as a dr,surgeon ,person in genral.the world would be a wonderful place with more people like himin it no exageration. his surgical skill was excellent,bedside manner as well this surgeon called my moms house at 10at night because we called his office with questions after my surgery i call that dedication .sincerly laurie"
