im now down 40lbs since june 4th (start of pre-op diet)

i am sooo happy and starting to feel the difference - i only wish i could look in the mirror and not see that "big girl"  even though im getting compliments left and right i still dont see what everyone else does... and i need to work on myself 1st in order to do so!!  i just dont know where to start!!! any ideas???
