I'm 36 years young, I'm married to the worlds most loveable and understanding man for 9 years. I love the Lord and my family. i have 4 beautiful children that makes me want to start and continue this weight loss journey. Obesity has held me back from doing so much for most of my adult life...(the funny part is I was really never an OVERWEIGHT child) . On 12-1-05 that was the day the earth stood still for me, MY MOM DIED no warning nothing. Devastated, Depressed, Stressed, Lonely, Angry, Selfish..I kept saying this can't be happening I'm only 32 why is mom gone she was only in her mid 50's...FOOD I used to replace my mom because I felt as long as I kept it close to me I knew it was the one thing that would never leave.... I knew I was going to change my life for the better when I took a good look at myself and then realized I have 4 little ones that need me, they depend on me. and most importantly I need them.
