Hey, guys. I know i haven't been on here in quite some time but i thought i'd update what has been happening with me. In May I started the six month medical weight loss my insurance wanted me to do. My doctors were great and even though i didn't really really lose any weight we were hopeful that i'd get approved.
My boyfriend and I broke up over the summer. It has been really hard seeing as we had talked about getting married someday. But i kept on with my plans for surgury.
Then on November 7th i lost my job. Well fired was more like it. It's a long story but it boils down to administrative nonsense. I didn't deserve to lose my job but there isn't really anything i can do about it. Which means i no longer have health insurance, therefore no surgury anytime soon.
Needless to say i am very upset and down about the whole thing. I worked so hard and it feels like it was all for nothing.
Right now my plan is to go back to school full time and get a part time job. Thankfully because i'm under 24 i can be a full time student and have health insurance though my mom. And then i'll start over again. Because I am NOT giving up on this.
That is the short version of what has been happening with me. Keep me in your prayers and hopefully God will see fit to bless me with the chance to change my life with this surgury. Thanks for the support!
