After 6 years I gained 15 lbs ! Not happy about this! I consumed carbs ! Have to get off them . I have forgotten how many carbs per day allowed.has anyone heard or a second pouch reduction? Is this possible in Ontario to get this . Is nutritionist available for consultation after 5years? Please help if anyone had same issue !

has anybody after 5-6 years started vegetarian diet and is it manigable ?

hard to get the protein in from vegin diet? 

has lanky one tried vegetarian diet after surgery 5-6 years later ? How are they managing ?

Can anyone please suggest some easy  way to start this stage , nothing wants to go down.  

I  just finished my third day of protain shakes and it was tough , today was little better. Did anyone have any veggies pre op such as lettuce cucumbres, green pepprs?
