I had my 2 hour class today to learn what all will occur with the surgery and what to expect during and after the surgery. It was very informative and I look forward to the surgery. I wasn't too keen on the idea of having to drink Barium on the day I am discharged to make sure the band is in place, but I am a trooper and will do what I have to. I also had my last appointment with the surgeon before the surgery. It was ok, but could have been done the day of surgery. I just had to sign the consent form for the surgery and he asked if I had any other questions, which at the time I did not. I am hoping for a short rest of the week and look forward to Monday. Thank you for your support.
