Having a really bad day!

Blew my knee out getting into the car today, sat in Er and Ortho forever, anxious about Monday. 
Have been having a hard time reaching my Best friend ( besides my husband)  who has been real sick, emailed  him this morning and got an automated message saying he passed away unexpectedly!! Damn it i was not ready for him to go yet!
