well here i am 5yrs after weight loss surgery. I weight 210 lbs down from 306. not really were I would like to be, but still am definetly healthier and happier than where I was. I do have to watch I eat, also workout regularly. still would love to get motivated enough to lose my last 40lbs, but really?  no regrets...

 

17 months after Bypass Surgery, stuck and cant lose any more than the 100lbs. had a baby in the middle of this journey. and yet havent looked at my post surgery photos till today and OMG!!! this morning i was thinking what a big fatt butt i have.... lol no i dont! i have lost so much weight!.... i had forgotten how i looked and suffered bein that big... ill never regret hsving this surgery. it saved me 

well it's been a while. but here I am, ready to have surgery. all Im waiting for is a surgery date. Yee Haw!!!

well I have my 1st appt. wednesday, WOO HOO!!! thanks to my BFF Tiff, who has inspired me and taught me that it is ok to have the courage to go through with WLS. dont make me get mushy...lol lots of love 4 ya. but Now if only my hubby would be OK with my decision I could be completely happy that I wont be HOTT n FATT  anymore.....     Ill be HOTT n PHAT!!!!
