Duration of surgery and time in hospital

Hi. I am new to writing in this forum, but have been reading posts for a while. I just got my approval from the insurance company to have the gastric bypass surgery, along with my surgery date of 10/1/12. So far every thing has been going smooth.Couple of questions that I have is what is the average time for a gastric bypass surgery and what is the average time for a hospital stay?
