I made it home on schedule on Sunday. Everyone at the hospital said I did really well with the surgery, getting out of bed, starting the liquids and all. It was so much harder than I thought it would be. Prior to this I had a hysterectomy that was so easy compared to this. At five days post-op, I can't say I feel normal (not sure yet what normal should feel like), but I do feel better. Still recouping at home, taking it very easy.
