I'm on my way home after having my sleeve done in Mexico!  I feel fantastic. I was up and walking the day after surgery and have not had any problems with gas or nausea, I know I'm truly blessed not having to deal with this. I'm able to tolerate drinking and warm broth.  Very excited to be on the losers bench. My counselor suggested I read Judith Beck Diet Solution: how to think like a thin person. I'm committed to following this book as well as my eating plan.
