Hi everyone i am doing great im down to 190 from 360 i love being able to do alot of things i dont get tired i walk all day its so different now being able to go out and not get tired after u walk a couple steps is nice havnt had any prob since my surgery only alot of constipation  and alot of sagging skin have to go in for bloodwork and see how im doing there will post my results after i get them hope everyone is doing great ..
