HI my name is Lisa I have been waiting to have the RYN now for almost a yr now Sept the 1st will be one yr had to go thur one yr of coaching first. Then First week in Sept I find out what to do next test I would expect will happen. Its been realy a long 2 yrs now for me to lose the weight I have lost only 19 pounds. Found out Iam a Diabetic have sleep apnea and other things to. No problem with the heart. Thank you God I say. God has been good to me. Iam so close for this to just happen to me want this ride to end and start losing to be free of the extra beggage. I have support at home a loving husband and son. I have faith that this will happen for me so I just put it all in his hands. I did start at my heaviest 343 I am now down to 338. Stress has made me gain more weight now ups and downs, I know weigh 353 Wow I say Iam now on this protein liquid diet so lets shred those pounds.
