My surgery got pushed back two more weeks! It feels like I keep having to jump through hoops with this whole process! On the other hand this surgery fits WAY better into my school schedule. I am just ready for it to be here!

       Well I am not quite sure what to think about all of this. I was directed to this website by my sorority big sister, who said it helped her thorough out her journey. I am not quite sure how everything works but so far it seems like this really provides a support system for you. A support system like this is exactly what I need. I know those of you who went through surgery probably had some sort of support team involving friends and family, but I think I need help from those who have already had the surgery. My mother works at a clinic that provides the gastric sleeve and banding procedures, and so of course she thinks that she knows EVERYTHING about it. I know she is just doing her best, but she can not possibly know all that I will go through. I am nervous about the days where I dont feel like its working. Or not having someone to talk to the first time I can fit in to smaller jeans or run 2 miles with out stopping. I have read many stories of triumph and some of them brought me to tears, each one recieving heartfelt support from this. I hope that I can find that here!!
