 Its Been four month since my surgery and let me tell u my life has changed and its changed for the good. well here r some of my changes in my life i got a new tattoo well that not a big change but its a change i have lost a 100 lbs. that i think is soo sweet and i met my better half in life God must have said Joe u have waited to long and have done so much good in ur life u need someone to love and to be loved by someone and I tell u wut i found her and im not lettin her go no matter wut happens lolol so i goin to ask her to marry me in june she thinks that im goin to do it in september but boy is she soo wrong lolol I LUV HER A LOTA BIT 

LOL i have became a gym rat goin everyday and goin hard like there was no tomorrow week 2 of goin to the gym i been doin some circuit classes on Mon. Wed. & Fri. and i also got myself a personal trainer who is cool. i train with him on Mon. and Wed. b4 class and tell u wut i get my ass handed to me but i luv it

My fear of second thoughts just hit me. crap i should know better than this but i guess its just part of this change i know that fears and doubts come into play just didnt think it would hit this early. the crazy thing its not about the weight its about my out look of life. i know i should not give in to all my fears and doubts but some times this fight is too dam hard and i want to give up all the hard work i have done and goin through. I should shut the hell up and knuckle up for this fight and put some foot to ass like i always do thats wat i m good at!!

Its been one month since my surgery!! feel gr8 oh yeah lost 44lbs. going to post a pic later so check me out lolol

Wow can't believe that I'm already coming on one month post-op this Thursday man talk about nuts lost 44lbs already what to drop 6 more to make it a cool 50 lbs but I'm not asking for much now days. I Love that fact that my clothes are falling off like the weight. for the first time in a long time i am happy to tell people my weight of 334lbs  instead of 378lbs. I can't wait to hit the 230s so i can start finding some new clothes and a new look cuz the bald look is getting a bit old.



Well good luck on the weight loss and never give in

well its been three weeks since i had my gastric bypass. i love the way i feel, my friends at think I'm pretty awesome for doing it. I have not changed in personalty nor have i forgotten who I am cuz 2 of my dearest friend will kick my ass if i drop them all. i wont cuz i love them way to much to leave them.
