Day 10

I'm doing great. Feeling pretty good.
I've lost 4 more lbs. since last week. I'm now down to 287. I haven't weighed that amount in more than a year.
I'm still having some minor pain around my incisions, and having trouble trying to get in all my water. I get it in, but it's up til bedtime getting it in. I'm working on it.
I took a walk bright and early this morning. I've got to walk more. My 8 year old daughter decided to join me. It's becoming our "thing". I'm really enjoying that time with her.
I am enjoying a bit more energy. Starting to get bored with taking it easy, but I have really paid a price when I go too fast. I'm going to go with the flow this time :)
