This June 21st will be three years since my surgery. I have lost a total of 110lbs. I have not even gained an ounce back. These days I run daily. It is my passion. This past November I ran the 1/2 Rock and Roll marathon in San Antonio in 2hrs 30min. This year I have signed up for the marathon in San Antonio, and in Dec I am going to Vegas to run another marathon. I have been determined not to gain the weight back. Be true to yourself but also have fun doing the things you enjoy. Everyday I look at my new body in the mirror and thank the team at Innova that worked so hard with me to make my dream possible.
