December 2nd 2008I meet with Dr Adaniel He seems very nice and answers all of my questions including what he feels the best procedure is for me. I feel at ease and comfortable with him and his practice, He proceeds to give me all paperwork and list of Dr's.

I meet with the first Dr a psychiatrist from dixs hills named Dr Schapira, all goes well we talk, tell a few jokes but it still doesn't ease the pain ( hey isn't that from a song...LOL)
January 6th 2009
I have a appointment at good sam for abdominal sonogram, all goes well.
March 14th 2009
They day will be here before I know it, Today I start the liquid diet before my surgery
" it's gonna be hard " I think breakfast and lunch wont be so hard but dinner and at night is something thats gonna be hard to deal with. The last couple of days it's been a free for all. I felt I dont know when I will eat normal food again so I kinda had a good time for myself and ate whatever I wanted.

It snowed the night before and is still snowing, I have a appointment with Dr Calves for a Pulmonary Consultation, Again all goes well and the staff is very nice
January 8th 2009
I have 2 appointments the 1st one is at good sam for a sleep apnea consultation, The make another appointment for me to do a sleep study. The second appointment is with a very busy Dr Danesh. When I got to his office that he shares with 2 other doctors I must say I have never seen a office so busy there were people everywhere including out into the hall it is my opinion that this office double and triple books appointment, that appointment lasted 5 min and I was told that I had to have a endoscopy, When I had asked if there was another test I was told that the other test was not accurate at all so they set up a date of January 22 2009 I still told him of my concern and was told by the Dr Danesh that I would be put under and I was not to worry. That put me at ease.
January 9th
My appointment today was with my cardiologist, everything went great.
Sunday January 18th
My sleep apnea study, It was very hard to get sleep with all those wires on me that kept falling off, 2nd part was with this mask that kept blowing air into my throat, Forget about any sleep until I pulled the mask off part of my face so some would blow out and I would stop feeling like I was chocking and I can get a little sleep finally they let me go at 5am i went home and slept the rest of the day.

My appointment for my endoscopy, Everything is going to be alright the are going to put me out right.....WRONG it was on the table that they informed me that if they put me under and there is a problem they might not be able revive me because they don't have enough people there and it's not like a hospital..... OH CRAP !!! Well they told me that they would give me drugs to take the edge off and spray some stuff in my throat to numb it ( it wasn't that bad)

I had my 1st appointment with Lauren the nutritional consultant at good sam, all went well.
Monday February 2nd
I have 2 appointments with Dr Khanna first one is to discuss the surgery and to make sure all my Dr's were met with, I was in formed Dr Danesh did not fax over his results so after the meeting I called Dr Danesh's office to ask them to fax them over right away and the second is the follow up with Dr Khanna about my sleep apnea, I was told I NEEDED A MACHINE I told the Dr I could not sleep with it so he proscribed sleeping pills (kinda defeats the purpose I think)
Monday February 9 th 2009
My follow-up with Dr Danesh, I waited in the again packed waiting room for a half hour and another hour in the room to see him, His nurse was so embarrassed she kept coming in and telling me he will be right in. Well he finally came in and spent 3 minutes with me and told me everything was good, I had asked him if he could fax my paperwork over to all the doctors that needed it I was then told that he will photo copy it and I can hand it to all that needed it so I followed him out ,he gave all the paperwork to the Secretary and off he went, At that point I took all the papers to Dr Adaniels office down the block so they would have it. When I got there Judy was on the phone so I waiting patiently till she got off the phone I happen to look down and much to my surprise .....HOLD ON KIDDY'S they gave me the wrong paperwork a Joseph randazzo from god knows where. I WAS PISSED, at that point Judy told me she would take care of getting the right paperwork. I ended up leaving happy anyway because I had my clearance from Dr Adaniel to have my surgery on march 18th 2009
Tuesday February 17
I get a call from Dr Danesh telling me that I have to go for another test because the lab lost my results (yea right) I asked him that maybe its in Josephs file and he paused and told me that he had spoke to the office worker and told her to be more careful (what about the professional reading the paper) well anyway it seems that the test that he had no faith in is now alright as a test.... (huh who would have thought). Now all I need is a script for the test.
February 20th-24
calls were made including from Dr Adaniels office to Dr Danesh to get the script finally February 25th script arrives
February 23rd
My second appointment with lauren from good sam...all goes well
February 26th
gastro/breath test done................. Everything finally over
