Hi everyoneIt has been a very loooongtime since I have written. So I will fill you in and get you all upto speed. As of Dec. 20 I am 6 months out. I am down 40 lbs, and it is getting a bit difficult. I am sooooo busy and eating on the fly that times are rough. I am determined to get back on track for 2009. I have noticed a difference in my body and all reactions are positive---that is my incentive. SO... Heres to 09 and keeping on with keeping on....
