"My first impression of Dr. Cook at the informational meeting back in October was very impressive. The office staff has been wonderful. I went to my educaional class on the 11th of February. Finally getting things rolling. Seen the Dr. on Feb. 14th. Wow, that was fast. Insurance packet will be sent the week after Valentines. Can't wait. Everyone who believes in prayer please pray that BCBSNC Blue Options will approve quickly. Dr. Cook and the staff emphasized aftercare very throughly and offered their services for the aftercare program to me. They seemed to be a very concerned staff. They addressed the risks of surgery but I feel like the risk of not having the surgery is even a higher risk for me. I would rate the doctor and his staff a 10. "
