Lisa has a date with the surgon. on Tuesday november 3. she will have surgery the second or third week in November. she needs all of the support we can give her. please help she still needs an angle.. God Bless

Hey Lisa ~ It's great that your husband supports you on this. And don't fool yourself. There are plenty RIGHT HERE who support you. Most people don't have a clue what WLS is about these days. Simply ask them if they have done any research. If not, direct them to this site and tell them you will discuss it when they have the facts. Don't get me wrong. This is not easy nor is it a big bed of roses. However, if they do come up with a question that you're not sure about, come here and ask or look in the Q & A section. You will most likely find it PDQ. Best of luck to you and keep posting!

Today I had my blood work and patient history list all I am waiting for is my Primary care Doctor to fax the paper work. I am ready for a surgery date..approval. or just a positive word. It seems like everyone I came in contact with today had had the surgery..It was like everything was going to be ok..positive only positive people...
