 I am 12 days post surgery and doing well.  My surgery went well and my pain post-op was minimal.  I was surprised by how weak I felt and had alot of water retention (30 lbs heavier on my discharge date!)  Now that I have gotten rid of all that water I am seeing some loss on my scale!  Eating has gone very smoothly.  I have just followed the advice of the dietician and haven't had any issues, well except peanut butter didn't go down so well, hehe.  I'll just wait a while to try that again.

This is my first blog.  My surgery is March 9, 2010.  I am already on the liquid diet and I am doing ok with it.  Anxiety is starting to set in over the actual procedure, but more about what comes after.
