When all you can do is gather your courage and choose a direction that carries you toward a new dawn. So take a step forward. The process of change can be tough but think about the excitement ahead. There could be adventures you never imagined and wishes and dreams just about to come true. So keep putting one foot in front of the other and taking your life day by day. Lisa,, Congrats on making the start to your WLS. It truly has been the best thing that has ever happen to me.. I am not sure of your age and what not, but there is alot to learn through research and from these online boards. Best wishes and take care.
