One Week After Realize Band

Well, I took the plunge and had the Realize Band installed on 4/30/2010. I know of several people who have had great success with either lap band or gastric bypass. I liked the Realize Band because it was flexible, the solid balloon, and the flat port. My surgical incisions have healed really well. PreOp, I did Optifast for two weeks, now for this past week, it's been clear liquids. At first, that was very easy, but for some reason these last couple of days, I've been really, really hungry. I wish I knew what would help that.I've been chubby, thin, fat, thin, chubby, fat. After trying almost every diet and help aid one could imagine, I decided that this band would be an opportunity to not only lose weight , but maintain the weight loss as well.
I've lost right at 20 pounds in the 3 weeks...........................
