My mom fell the beginning of june and broke her rt shoulder and knee. This has had me running ragged. i have gotten sick, sicken then I have in almost 10 years. And thank god she is getting better. I changed gyms and am competely happy about it. i am finalyl starting to feel good again. I have come a long way but io have longer to go..
