I started my Journey at 309 lbs June 2009 when I joined the Options program, I lost 30 lbs in the program and on March 8, 2010 I had RYN surgery, I reached my goal of 130 lbs Aug 2011 and had excess skin removed 11/11/11.
March 2012 my life went haywire I started having major problems with my teenage daughter and I fell back into my old habit of stress eating, and also made the mistake of topping my daily workout routine.
Fast forward to today, I have regained 55 lbs, she and her baby are living somewhere, but I now need to follow the serenity prayer" God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can;and wisdom to know the difference. " and take control of my life again and get this weight off for good.
