Hello. Hope all is well with everyone. Just doing a little update. I am down 87 lbs. I am happy, but like most people, the weight loss has slowed down. i am still losing in a slower pace. It gets frustrating at times. I did stop exercising for about a month and picked it back up last week. Hopefully, this will excelerate the process a bit.There are days that i look at myself in the mirror and think "wow! i have lost a lot of weight." AND then there are days that i look and think "Gees....i am soooo fat. am i ever going to get to my weight loss goal?!?!" It's crazy how your mind can play horrible games/tricks with/on you.
Anyhow, i am wearing size 12 and they are getting loose on me. I am also in between a Large and a Medium. Woooo! i don't recall when the last time i wore a medium was. heehee. i am hoping to be in a size 10 by my birthday in November. I think i can make it. I hope that is not a unrealistic goal. (although i hope to be even smaller by xmas.)
