well I have put on weight and went back to some bad habits. I tweeked my back last year and have been on limited duty and have been working in the office/warehouse since then,,not good for me who eats outta boredome.

Tomorrow I am going back on my protein drinks. I have been feeling weak and just not feeling very well in general for awhile.

Hope everyone in Nashville is ok and didnt suffer any damage ! God Bless ya'll !

well,,still got thr depression and put on 30 lbs,,not 170 anymore but at 200,,walmart had a sale on Atkins drinks so I bought $50 worth of them and am gonna have one for breakfast..2 oz of chicken for lunch and a protein drink for dinner to clean out my system of all the muck for the next two weeks and then go back to portions and water to get back down to where I was a year ago Nov when I got here.

I really do miss nashville and I will return sometime in the next two years. I may have grown up here but people are rude and pushy and its just too fast paced..the only birds I have seen are pidgeons and seagulls,,no redbirds or blue birds or humming birds,,I have seen several skunks and saw a possum once..no squirrels :(

I get to see Gypsy my dog every 6-8 weeks. I will get to see her on the 30th. When I go back to Tennessee she will go with me. Rachel now has 8 dogs,Gypsy hasnt had her shots and prolly hasnt even had a bath in over a year..and she isnt licensed. Id hate for there to be a humane society raid and lose Gypsy :(    But I cant have her here..she is too big..I miss her.

Being around family can be a pain after being gone for so long,sometimes its more of a chore,,but my brothers agree I need to be where I am happy,,and alot of people have told me,,yes,,nashville is home for me since I was there almost 19 yrs,,but I need to get schooling behind me so I can support myself decently and be more comfortable financially.

Summer is when I will start school cause I need the money to do that and am working on getting an old defaulted loan out of default,,that will be June

hey  everyone..well..I aint doing so good. I came back to san diego and the depression hit me hard,,had to give my dog to a friend of the family cause I cant have a pet here and a pet helped with my depression,something else to focus on,,kinda like therapy. I have put on 30 lbs since last year..so Im screwing up all the progress I made,,the depression meds aka happy pills dont help..so someone say a prayer for me..ok ?

I am staying between 170-180 lbs,,fluctuating here and there.

Couldnt find work in Vegas cause they had massive lay-offs when i got there so I am now in San Diego,,I miss Tennessee..and my dog who I had to give away,,gave it to a friend tho,,if no one would have taken her I wouldnt have moved

I have relocated back west and am at 170 lbs,,size medium in t-shirt and 32x32 in men's jeans,,so far doing great !  Im not on-line much anymore,so thats why I havent updated for a long time

Tomorrow morning is my surgery,,please keep me and Dr Spaw in your thought's and prayer's !

Surgery is Monday,,Feb 18th,,at Baptist,,I have to be there at 5:30 am to check in,,oye ! lol !

I was approved for Gastric Bypass last week,,I see the doc this wed,,the 16th,,and we will set the surgery date then

Last thursday I was approved for RNY,,I missed the call cause I was at work so I found out friday morning,,I see Dr Spaw next wed morning and Im sure we will be setting the surgery date !  Yay !

They said it was considered too experimental,,so they re-submitted for the gastric bypass,,I should know something in the next 2 week's .
