Ups and Downs

I had a rough few days last week/wknd...i was soooo hungry i couldn't help myself...i know i was pms'ing but man...i had mighty taco for lunch one day, a fish fry with tarter sauce friday night and i went to toronto for the weekend, and did okay, but it's tough when you are forced to eat out...i had some korean food, atleast it was grilled but i'm sure the sauce was high in everything, the good thing is that we did shitloads of walking in toronto and that probably off set a huge gain, although i think i gained about a pound....i'm back on track as of yesterday, but it really showed me that i can't just eat whatever because i'm doing good..if i want a fish fry i can get a broiled fish no tartar but have a small bite of someone elses fish fry.  i was also sick last week so that didn't help with exercise routine.  anyway i'm going to positive that i will start to lose once i'm back on track the rest o fthe week...and try and plan some meals for my weekend trip to the 1000 islands this weekend.
