HEY, HOW IS EVERYONE? I WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF THE WEATHER WAS A LITTLE WARMER.. BUT I WONT COMPLAIN AT LEAST THE SUN IS OUT? DOES ANYONE FEEL THAT THE GASTRIC BYPASS HAS'NT WORKED FOR THEM? ONE OF MY FREINDS WAS OVER YESTERDAY AND SHE HAS HAD IT DONE BUT SAYS SHE FEELS IT HAS'NT WORKED FOR HER.. SO SHE ALSO DOES THE ATKINS THING.. WHEN SHE WAS OVER YESTERDAY HER FAMILY BROUGHT PIZZA OVER AND I HAD 2 SMALL SLICES OF THE TOPPING ONLY AND WAS FULL SHE ATE ABOUT 10 SLICES TOPPINGS ONLY BUT HAD A LARGE SALAD BEFORE THAT... IS THAT CRAZY....MAYBE HER STOMACH IS'NT AS SMALL AS MINE..IM NOT SURE JUST THOUGHT I WOULD THROW IT OUT THERE AND ASK.. OH BY THE WAY SHE IS'NT A YEAR POST OP YET..IM ALMOST 3 YEARS POST OP..MAY BE THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IS THE TIME.. ANYWAY HOPE YA'LL ARE DOING WELL...

I need some serious sun on the skin..... Anyway enough whinning, how is everyone? Everything still the same for me.. Just been lifting my weights feels good....It seems like they are(ins.) is trying to make it hard for everyone to have this surgery, seems like you have to jump through a bunch of hoops without touching the sides. whatever.... Got to go choa...

my flowers are coming up and my roses are starting to bloom...And I went to walmart and bought me one of those medicene or exercise balls oh my gosh they are so fun....Anyway have to go my kid wants to use the computer... see ya

Wow I cant belive that the time is like flying by..Well got on the scale the other day and Im up like 7# iI guess cause I've been lazy so any way just added a little pep to my step and I've lost 3# pounds in just about 4 days. I hate gaining weight, matter of fact I hate the weight issue who says we have to look like a freken stick model... I dont like the thin look anyway I like the thick look...anyway enough crying..I just dont want to get big again/../././ Well I hope all is well...TTFN

Ola Ya'll, well alot is gonna on in my life all good things, My Hubby changed jobs WOW what a big decision to make, we where on the dairy for 10.5 years.. Its alot of work 6 days a week for 10.5 years wow that is too much .. our kids our teenagers and they need to be around there dad more.. So my hubby went back to construction hes a heavy equipment operator he's done this before and loves it.. and you can make big bucks.. so we also had to move from the dairy... and Liz is a country girl born and raised..cant do the city thing so we are now in Ripon,ca its a small little town and its quite I love it so far we are like a minute away from everything, it sure beats 25 minute drive into town.. anyway a sad note is that when I first decided to have my surgery their was a lady know as MOMMA ANGEL she passed away, I was blown away. she was OBESE AND DIED FROM IT!!! What a heart break.. I just recently found out.. and its been a while since this has happened... Anway its just really SAD. WELL TTFN

wow I cant belive we are in October time is flying fast.. Well cant say to much although after 3.5 years i still have problems with eating to fast at times and my tummy kills me.Wow and Im Italian and love spaghetti but i can only have just a little bit of noodles and that sometimes usually comes back up... anyway how is everyone?? I for the most part have alot of aches and pain you know the change of weather although i dont feel old my body is telling me other wise LOL.. Well have to run TTFN

hey Y'all whats up? Hope everyone is well. Im still pluggin along, just working my butt off. My weight is still pretty much the same although just like most put on about 5# in the winter time but had lost about 8# from work so its always up and down. You know its kinda sad that most of the oldies or the first ones to have the surgery dont update there is a few anyway I hope you all are doing well....
