Hi my name is Elizabeth. I am 33 yrs old. I am married with two children. I currently live in Glendora ,Ca for the pass 61/2 yrs.
I have been struggling with my weight since I was in jr. high-school. My focus right now is to get the bypass. I have been enrolled in a program through my insurance called Healthy roads for the last 3 months. But I just found out that the program has been discontinue with my insurance, so now my next step is to see if I am approve for surgery or not.
So I am praying and hoping that this happens for me. I truly feel life can only get better with this.
