Ok ... Not sure what happened to all my information where I have been blogging for 6 years but ..OK. I will give you the briefing.
* I have been trying to have gastric banding for 6 years
* I have a medical list that reads like a mini novel
* I went to 2 different Dr's w/ 2 different types of insurance both of which had exclusions
Honestly I had given up hope for awhile (almost a year)
* I recently went on a whim to Dr. Mortons office to see if they will cover AGB with my new insurance. Within min. the nurse came in and announced that my insurance DOES cover it and I look like a good canidate.
* I am jumping through all the hoops Pshyc eval. Diet and Nut. PCP letter of approval exc.
* I have got the PCP approval letter and my paperwork is being faxed tomorrow (medical paperwork of 5 years) WOW.
* The Nutr. called and left a msg on my phone today,I have an appointment to do my counseling over the phone. Wed.
*The only thing I will lack is the Quack I mean Pshyc eval. Then it will be a hurry and wait.....again...
