i am so happy

 hi to my all my friends on here i am so happy to report i am now at 191lbs i have not been this lilttle in years i have came along way since 2004 i was at 356 lbs ...and was a 3 =x shirts and size 30-32 pants in womens and in mens i was a size (52) waiste....now i am a size large to a med.....and in pants size 16 to a 12 .my legs are still a lil big but getting better so thats why the size there lol....and in mens pants i can wear a 34 yahoooooooooooo ! i doing it i am so proud of my self i hope u all have the best of luck also.........life is good thank u dr.patrick coates .......my family loves u for giving me a second chance in life i thank u from the bottom of my heart.............
