April 29, 2010 6 week post opt - April 29, 2010
Went in for my 6 week post opt appointment. Not alot to say, I am doing fine. I weighed in at 328. So I have lost 22#s since surgery--not bad.

April 15,2010 Slow weight loss - I weighed in at the Dr office yesterday. I am at 337, only 13 pounds in 4 weeks. At least it is down.

April 12, 2010 3 Weeks since surgery - Doing pretty good. I have not had any real problems with eating or anything since surgery. I will not weigh until tomorrow when I go to my Dr.

MARCH 26TH--Another sleepless night - Surgery went ok. The Dr. found 6 hernias in me, he tried o temp fix on 4 and left the other two alone. Sugery was Wed got home Sat March 20th.

Appointment with surgeon - I have my 1st appointment with Dr. Bertel December 30th.
