"Dr. Wiltse is very straight-forward. He answered all of my questions as well as my husband's questions. He made sure we were both comfortable with the procedure. He explained all of the risks and the benefits of the surgery. He did not talk down to me and that made me feel good. The office staff was very friendly and it was just a great environment all the way around. I also like the fact that they have someone there who has gone through the surgery. She explained all the post-op stuff and answered all of my questions even though some of them may have been weird to someone who hasn't gone through this. I am happy I chose BTC. "
"The staff was wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. They furnished everything for me so I didn't have to worry about anything. They specialize in WLS and several of the nurses had the surgery themselves so they could sympathize with what I was going through. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering WLS."
