Looking into a revision

Its January now and I'm busy looking into revisions. What kind I should do, what doctor to use, if insurance will pay? Lots to look into!! My first surgery (RNY) was 6yrs ago. I'm gaining weight and My stoma is dialated.I am desperately seeking help. I would like a revision from a RNY to a DS. It's a new year and I am hoping to become a new and improved ME!!!
