THREE YEARS OUT....

It has been three years since my surgery.  I have maintained the weight loss, only see-sawing 10 lbs back and forth.  Which is great to me.  as long as I don't go up a size.  Off the Cpap machine all together... last test, I only had 5 episodes in an hour compared to 80 in an hour before surgery.   feel great..... No more pills, can walk, talk, and breathe all at the same time.,   I would do it all again if I had to.,
